Usage :

• For cleaning your pet's skin, fur, hands and feet after a walk.
• Also for disinfecting cages, reception area and examination bed of a veterinary clinic, as well as pet supplies and litter boxes.
• Suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

Directions :

• Only for RP Mild Disinfecting Cleansing Spray Refill, Spray directly onto the pet’s body or pet supplies, wait for 5 to 10 seconds, and then wipe clean with tissue paper or a towel.
• Or spray onto tissue paper for cleaning. No rinse is needed.

Ingredients :

• Hypochlorous Acid 250ppm
• Deionized Water

Packaging :

• Each bottle contains 5L.

Shelf Life :

• 24 months, or 6 months after opening.

• Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
• Keep away from pets and children.

Caution :

• For external use only.
• Not recommended for use on eyes and ears.
• If your pet has any allergic reactions, rinse with plenty of fresh water and consult a veterinarian.

Return and Exchange Policy

• In case of defective good, incomplete package, quality issues or wrong delivery after receiving the goods, please keep a photo record and email it to our customer service (royal_enquiry@wspharma.com). Depending on the situation, we will replace the product or refund you within 30 days.

 

• After we confirm the status of the goods meets the return policy’s requirements, we will notify you of the return application status as soon as possible. Please follow our instructions to send all packaging materials, including original packaging, documents and related goods, back to us.

*Only one return or exchange is accepted for each order.

*Any request for return or exchange due to personal reasons will not be accepted.
