2. How to Shop

Login to the website
Add items to the shopping cart
Go to the checkout page and enter your personal details and shipping address*
Select payment method
Complete online payment (You will receive the system’s email confirmation after an successful payment)
"Royal-Pets eShop" will arrange for delivery after receiving your order
You will receive an email notification after "Royal-Pets eShop" shipped out the order

* If a customer is found to be impersonating someone else or providing any false information, attempting to use multiple accounts via any technology, misusing offers in any way or having several bad purchase records, "Royal-Pets eShop" reserves the right to terminate any account or cancel orders without prior notice at its sole discretion.

* "Royal-Pets eShop" reserves all rights to pursue claims

3. Managing Personal Account

3.1 Forgot Password

3.2 Change My Personal Information or Registered Email

If you want to change the default shipping address and contact method, click "My Account" in the upper right corner of the homepage.
