​1. How To Check My Order Status and Past Purchase Record

  • Once logged in, you can click "My Account" to view all your current and past order records.

      i) You will receive an email confirmation after completing each transaction.


      ii) Please check your email account, including spam, to ensure our emails are not being filtered.


      iii) You can also click "My Account" to view all your current and past order records.


      iv) If you have not received the email and cannot view the message confirming the order transaction in "My Account", it means the payment is unsuccessful.

2. Order Cut-off & Delivery Time

  • Our daily order cut-off time is 23:59 at night. After you successfully pays on the order confirmation page, we will dispatch the goods within 5 working days starting from the next day.

  • If any product is out of stock or there is any problem, we will notify each customer individually.

3. How To Use The Promotional Discount Code

  • During a promotion period, you can enter the designated discount code on the payment page. To avoid input errors, please copy and paste the discount code directly and make sure there are no extra spaces.

  • The discount code is valid till the specified date. For individual offers please refer to the relevant terms and conditions

  • Only one set of discount codes can be used for each order.

  • Different discount codes have different terms of use. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant promotions and activities.

  • Our company will not reissue discount codes due to human errors (such as lost or used code).

​

  • The discount code cannot be used for any commercial promotion purposes.

  • Only one set of discount codes can be used per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.

  • Orders with confirmed payment cannot be modified/cancelled. We understand that customers may forget to enter the discount code or/and press OK before clicking “Pay”. We recommend you use the code in your next order.

4. Payment Method

  • We accept VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay, Alipay / Alipay HK, Wechatpay HK#, PAYME^ and FPS^ (FPS ID: 2784627【Wai Fat Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.】)

    - The order payment is settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD)

#WeChatPay HK currently supports payment by desktop version only. Customers using the mobile browser should complete the payment through the desktop version.

^Customers using PAYME and FPS should select "Manual Payment" at checkout and contact our customer service representatives to complete the payment.
